Q1 2024: Private Sale Launch

In order to kickstart the development and implementation of the Snowman project, we will initiate a private sale in Q1 2024. During this phase, a limited number of Snowman Tokens will be made available to private investors, strategic partners, and early supporters who share our vision and believe in the project's potential.

The private sale offers an exclusive opportunity for participants to acquire Snowman tokens at a discounted rate before the public offering. It will enable us to secure the necessary funding to advance the project's development and pave the way for subsequent milestones.

Following the successful private sale,the listing on Dex, and the previous steps, the Snowman project will progress through essential development and launch phases to bring the platform to fruition. The timeline for these phases is as follows:

• Design and development of the core features of the Snowman platform

• Implementation of the NFT certification process for physical documents

• Creation of the Snowman Marketplace with basic trading functionalities

• Deployment of a technical team to partner universities to explain the functioning of Web 3 wallets and the creation of diplomas in NFT format on our platform to relevant administrative bodies, to assist our partners in adopting this new Web3 technology.

• Implementation of personalized customer service for each university, with technical representatives available at all times, as well as the creation of the first diplomas in NFT format and their publication in our library under the guidance and explanation of one of our technicians.
