Public and private libraries
Snowman aims to create both public and private libraries where individuals, educational institutions, and businesses can store and showcase their NFT certifications.
The public library serves as a repository of NFT certifications accessible to the public. Educational institutions, for example, can upload their students' digital diplomas and certificates to the public library, allowing easy access and verification by potential employers or other educational institutions. This fosters transparency, facilitates the exchange of qualifications, and ensures the credibility of academic credentials.
On the other hand, the private library offers a secure storage solution for sensitive NFT certifications. Businesses can store their proprietary certifications, such as licenses, patents, or confidential contracts, in the private library. Access to the private library is restricted to authorized individuals, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of these digital assets.
Both the public and private libraries provide enhanced accessibility, as NFT certifications can be accessed anytime, anywhere, as long as there is an internet connection. This eliminates the need for physical documents and mitigates the risk of loss, damage, or theft.
